Door Cashiers

A door cashier, sometimes referred to as a door controller or ticket checker, is a staff member typically stationed at the entrance of the event. They collect entrance fees, verify tickets or passes, and maintain accurate records of attendance and transactions. They also monitor the flow of guests, ensuring compliance with venue capacity limits and any applicable age restrictions. Their role is essential for maintaining security, regulating access, and facilitating a smooth and efficient entry process

Cocktail Waitress/Waiter

Instead of bottle girls we provide cocktail waitstaff. Their primary responsibility is to take and fulfill drink orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and prompt service, avoiding intoxication from bottle service. Cocktail waitresses/waiters often interact closely with customers, providing recommendations, taking additional orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Their friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and efficiency contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience for guests.

Day of Coordinator

A day of coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the logistical details of an event on the day of its occurrence. Their primary focus is to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly, efficiently, and according to plan. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing setup and breakdown, overseeing timelines, and troubleshooting any last-minute issues that may arise. The day of coordinator acts as a point of contact for all parties involved, including clients, vendors, and venue staff, to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of the event.

Event Concierge

Event concierges are knowledgeable about the event schedule, venue layout, and nearby amenities, allowing them to provide recommendations and guidance. They may assist with coordinating special requests or accommodations for guests. Event concierges act as a point of contact for attendees, addressing any questions, concerns, or special needs promptly and courteously. With their attention to detail, proactive approach, and dedication to guest satisfaction, event concierges contribute to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Does Well Plugged Services no longer exist?

Well Plugged Services is now the parent corporation overseeing the subsidiary companies: ESP and Dijinnects Marketing.
What is Well Plugged Service’s current role as the parent company?

Well Plugged Services is the conductor that provides the products and service structure that connects all of the subsidiary companies.
When I book ESP and Dijnnects Marketing am I still working with Well Plugged Services?

Indirectly yes, all of the companies are using a Well Plugged Services-based delivery system to amplify the level of service being provided.
What is the time frame to reserve a bartender or server?

It is best to secure staffing at least 2 weeks prior to your event. You can also secure staffing up to a year before your event. Although it is not preferred, we try to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible. However, booking your consultation as soon as possible ensures that we can provide you with the best staffing options for your event
What are ESP price ranges?

Each staffing package is tailored to the personal needs of our clients during consultation. However, packages are 4 hours minimum for all staffing. Bartending Packages usually start at approximately $400 and waitstaff packages generally start at $250. The baseline differs per the needs of our clients. Deposits are due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice for your event. Final payments must be paid prior to the start of your event. Cancellations may be made up to seven (7) days before your event. ALL deposits are non-refundable.
Do you accept credit cards?

All major credit cards are accepter. We also accept payments through Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.
Who assumes the responsibility of ensuring that guests are not intoxicated at the event?

We have general and liquor liability insurance to cover our bartenders and staff. We are responsible for the guests to whom we are serving alcohol. However, we are a third-party company responsible for staffing the event and maintaining separation from hosting the event. We ensure that we are separated through our conduct, insurance, licensure, and attire to be viewed as a third-party company hired to strictly provide staffing for the event. Therefore ESP staff will not assume responsibility for the actions of your guests. As trained mixologists, we serve alcohol responsibly. We are skilled and certified in knowing when to refuse the service of alcohol to your guests. You will be notified if this occurs. Certifications include TIPS and RAMP Certifications. ESP's Bartenders also reserve the right to card or ask for proof of legal age to drink.
Who assumes the responsibility of ensuring that our guests are served food properly?

We have general catering and food vendor insurance. We try to ensure that a least one server is ServSafe certified. However, we do not provide the food and are not responsible for neither food preparation, ingredients, allergens, or any other catering issues that may arise with how the food may have been prepared. We provide visible disclaimer cards and separation of liability through our appearance to ensure that guests are aware of our position as a third-party staffing agency. However, we will ensure that we maintain all service health codes, food temperatures, and sanitary procedures, avoiding cross-contamination and other relevant food service issues. We reserve the right to decline the service of any food that is visibly unsafe for consumption by the health department and ServSafe standards.
